DESCRIPTION:OLLI at UNC Asheville\, will have a free lunch and learn lecture on The National Popular Vote on Friday\, November 11th\, from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm. \nFor all but one of the 500\,000+ elected offices in the U.S.\, the winner is the candidate with the most votes.
